Debit CardWe C.U. so you should have a quick and easy way to withdraw cash, transfer or deposit funds whenever and wherever you want to. With The Credit Union Member Card, you'll have instant access to your accounts at seven ATMs and at thousands of THE EXCHANGE® Network locations throughout Canada and around the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply choose your own Personal Identification Number (PIN) at any branch of The Credit Union.

THE EXCHANGE® Network gives you the flexibility you need to access your money when you aren’t close to a Credit Union. ATM. With all the same pricing and functionality as ATMs and as many machines available to you as BMO offers, you can withdraw, deposit and transfer funds at over 2,000 participating ATMs around the province and across Canada. Plus you don’t pay surcharges or the extra fees you’d pay at Interac machines. Click here to find the ATM closest to you on THE EXCHANGE® Network.

The EXCHANGE® Network | Interac®
With your Debit Card, you can also use Interac® Direct Payment at more than 250,000 retailers across Canada including grocery stores, department stores, restaurants and other retail locations. It’s included in your chequing package and has become one of the most popular ways to pay for purchases. In fact, Interac Direct Payment now surpasses cash as Canadian's preferred way to pay for purchases.

You can even ask for cash back from a retailer when you’re making a purchase and save money on the service charge and additional surcharges and keep track of all your purchases. They'll all be itemized on your statement. Look for the Interac Direct Payment symbol whenever you want to use this convenient method of payment.

Without your PIN and card, no one else has access to your account funds. But if your Debit Card is lost or stolen, please contact The Credit Union immediately. After business hours, call the Hotline at 416-295-9833 or from anywhere in Canada and the Continental US call toll free 1-888-738-8812.

You can withdraw up to your daily limit from your line of credit, overdraft protection, chequing or savings accounts from any of The Credit Union's own ATMs and feel secure knowing you’re carrying less cash.

Plus, you can make withdrawals or check your account balance at any ATM that displays the Interac logo throughout Canada or Cirrus logo anywhere in the world. There is a service charge to access non-Credit Union ATMs through the Interac and Cirrus network.
